- Now that the 'diagnostics' command can detect duplicate UUID
  values, it makes sense to incorporate that into unit tests that
  employ multiple recurring tasks.

- Renamed recur.t to recur.sort.t, because more recur unit tests are on the
  way, and this one was a misnomer.
