Dustin J. Mitchell	f6824e90a1	Correctly handle undo with multiple tasks (#3886) ... The `std::stringstream::clear` method does not, in fact, clear the string -- it just resets some internal flags. As per https://docs.python.org/3.11/reference/lexical_analysis.html#encoding-declarations, the default encoding of Python files is UTF-8.
