Unittest - Enhanced support for testing hooks (wip)

* It is now possible to test:
  * Hook Input/Output on STDIN/STDOUT channels
  * Exit code of hook script
  * Execution count (how many times the hook was executed)
  * Timestamp execution (when was the hook executed - milisec resolution)
