3ceab3f7a4 Test: Upgraded test framework 
- Uses Taskwarrior's parallel harness.
- Uses Taskwarrior's 'problems' script for diagnosis.
- Removed 'run_all.in' processing.
- Removed Perl 'template.t' script.
